On May 16–17, MAP Foundation hosted an ongoing, intensive Participatory Action Research (PAR) Workshop at the Chiang Mai Grand View Hotel. The Two days workshop brought together 8 migrant community groups to continue to strengthen grassroots knowledge and community-led solutions, following on from the last workshop.
From the last Participatory Action Research (PAR) Workshop, the migrant community working group leaders learned how to do basic research to collect data, which is important for them to analyse.
 
 
During this workshop, the migrant community leaders presented their finding points, action plans, and the challenges they faced while doing so. Additionally, migrant community groups discussed ongoing challenges, shared Knowlagent have learnt.
In this workshop, the sub-grant leaders will learn how to use the data they have collected to do an effective analysis for their future action plans.
 
 
On the second day of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) Workshop, the participants practice to analyze their data information, writing the first draft and present into the big group. Through these practical sessions, they worked on analyzing how to solve these problems for their future action plans. Finally, the participants presented their data to get feedback from the facilitator.
