Chiang Mai, November 2, 2025 — MAP Radio 99 MHz organized a Capacity Building Training for DJs aimed at developing and enhancing radio broadcasting skills, improving information preparation, and supporting DJs to become more professional and produce higher-quality programs. The training took place at the Holiday Garden Hotel in Chiang Mai Province.
The training was facilitated by guest speakers from the Faculty of Mass Communication, Chiang Mai University — Ms. Sunisa Muang Kaew and Ms. Chalinee Thammo from the FM 100 MHz radio station.

Throughout the program, both facilitators shared their expertise and practical experience on several key topics, including:
- Communication and Voice Techniques: explain how tone of voice can create different meaning of a word. And assigned all DJs a phrase and to use different tone. Balance voice and tone is important and it also create charm and uniqueness in radio programs.
- Producing Engaging Content: Strategies for program planning and topic selection to effectively reach target audiences.
- Preparing Program Content: Finding reliable sources, organizing and digesting information, and ensuring proper referencing.
- Storytelling: Presenting stories through various media to convey experiences, ideas, and information in a way that connects emotionally with listeners — to captivate, engage, persuade, and inspire.
Participants, all of whom are program hosts at MAP Radio 99 MHz, received both theoretical and hands-on training. They gained insights and practical techniques that can be applied to their program.
One participant shared, “This training provided an important opportunity to spark new ideas.”
