MAP Foundation held the annual MAP Retreat 2025 at Bhumibol Dam, Tak Province, from 9–13 December 2025. The retreat served as a key organizational space to review and evaluate the year’s work, reflect on lessons learned, and plan strategies for 2026.
All MAP teams presented their key outcomes, and progress, followed by discussions on the achievements, challenges and practical solutions. These exchanges strengthened cross-team learning and coordination.
Teams also presented their 2026 operational plans and indicators, ensuring alignment with MAP’s strategic direction. In addition, the retreat included discussions on organizational management and development, such as staff welfare fund and loan funds, internal regulations, staff capacity building, annual performance evaluations, organizational structure review, and OD plan.
In addition, the retreat included team-building activities to strengthen unity and good relationships within the team before returning back to Chiang Mai. And it also refreshment for the staff and relax time.

Overall, the MAP Retreat 2025 strengthened organizational learning, strategic clarity, improved coordination and teamwork, laying a solid foundation for MAP Foundation’s work in 2026.
